Terms of Service

Welcome to PartyParty. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PartyParty website, apps, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Using PartyParty

PartyParty helps organizers plan multi-day gatherings — managing RSVPs, lodging, volunteers, payments, and communication with guests. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide about your events and guests.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to PartyParty — event details, guest lists, documents, and messages. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You’re responsible for having the right to share any guest information you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws;
• infringe anyone’s rights, or upload content you don’t have permission to share;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Payments

Some events collect payments from guests. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe), and you agree to their terms when you use those features. PartyParty is not a party to transactions between organizers and their guests and is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or the goods and services an event provides.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep PartyParty running, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartyParty and RARF will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
